Vulnerable residents suffer due to untrained staff, unsafe and unhygienic conditions, and negligent and often none existent keyworker support.

Despite receiving significant financial aid, some ‘supported housing’ systems remain plagued by mismanagement, with funds not being used properly. This results in a continuous loop of blame-shifting and reckless oversight, leaving residents in dire conditions without the necessary support to move towards independent living.

Accountability is never accepted, improvements are never implemented and the vulnerable remain voiceless.
