Above are images captured of ‘staff’ entering Residents rooms without reason or prior notice.

A Vulnerable Female Residents Experience

A vulnerable female resident filed a formal complaint regarding her safety and personal items.
Initially, management denied the incidents. When shown photographic evidence, they claimed there was no proof it was her room, despite visible personal belongings.
They demanded more information and continually pushed the burden of proof on to her, complicating the complaints process. They offered her compensation which she declined.
Management assured her that staff would ensure that the policy requiring prior notice and appointments for room entry would be adhered to, yet the unauthorized entries continued.
Her key-worker dismissed her concerns, accused her of lying, and offered no support, despite the evidence.
This escalated to gaslighting and victim blaming, which was documented throughout.

Staff Accountability

In this particular Supported Housing any member of staff including contractors can have access to Residents rooms.

This a facility that houses Vulnerable women. Some have experienced violence/sexual assault, some are heavily medicated, and yet without the need to log a reason for entry, 'staff including contractors' can have access to room keys, enter rooms at any time without another member of staff present especially a female is beyond concerning.

It is even more concerning that when such matters are brought to the attention of Management and complaints are logged, the Resident is not provided any support by their 'Key-worker' and has their concerns minimised, silenced and gas lit.
