Unfortunately some vulnerable residents appear to be targeted and victimised when they query or highlight issues of concerns. There is no transparency staff are ‘investigating’ their own staff, complaints are intentionally dragged out and made complicated, the burden of proof is always put on the vulnerable Resident.
Concerns over not having Keyworkers or support plans are pushed to one side. Attempts to progress and move on are not supported and appear to be thwarted. There is no communication across the board with other platforms like HomeFinder , councils or therapists to assist, but communication across the board occurs immediately when a Resident becomes a target.

Accusations Unsubstantiated
The false claims made about the Vulnerable applicant are unsubstantiated. There was no fact or evidence on their part but plenty on the Residents.
Yet despite this her questions are not answered. Like how is HomeFinder allowed such authority over a Vulnerable persons status.
Why did her local council not advocate or have her best interests at heart.
She also did not have a keyworker at that time.
